Why do I not get an order confirmation e-mail when I placed my order?
It could be possible that your e-mail address contains a fault. Please contact our Customer Service, so we can solve this problem and send you a correct confirmation e-mail.
What are the delivery costs?
All our delivery costs can be found here Delivery & Shipping. They are subject to the country where we deliver. Our shipping costs are based on the costs of our shipping company and we use shipping methods which are always tracable.
In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver our products in the UK and Ireland.
What is the delivery time of your products?
All of our products give the status instock or out of stock. In the shopping cart it will give you a notice if the products are available in the quantity of your choice. Products instock will only be reserved wenn payment has been received.
When we do not have all of your products on stock on payment, we hold back your order until all of the ordered products are available.
How long does it take before the product will be deliverd to me?
We send our products on a daily base. When your order and payment has been received before 4 p.m.on business days, we will ship on the same day. Normally it takes up to 2-3 days before the order will be deliverd at your delivery address.
Is there a track and trace on my package?
At the moment we do not offer a track and trace service for our customers. Wenn your package is not delivered within 7 days, please contact our Customer Service.
We can give your package an extra gift by wrapping it in a giftswrap for free! As you are in the checkout you'll see an field for customer comments, please fill-out this field with the remark of fgiftwrapping one or more products.
How do I redeem a Giftscard?
With every giftscard you will receive a unique giftcard code. After putting the products of your choice in the shopping card, you can go to checkout. At the bottom of the page you will find a field in which you could fill-out the giftscard code and click the button. The amount will directly be calculated with your order amount.
How do I redeem my promotional code?
Promotion codes can be redeemd the same way as the giftscard. Wenn your promotion code is not accepted, it could be expired. Do you think this is not correct, please contact our Customer Service. You can only redeem one promotional code with one order.
